Modern Round is proud to give back to our community. Each year, we provide donations and sponsorship to numerous non-profit organizations for fundraising auctions and raffles. To be considered for a donation item, please review the following guidelines:

• Requests must be submitted via on-line application for review.
• Requests must be submitted at least thirty (30) days prior to the date of your event.
• We will honor one (1) donation request per organization per year. Multiple requests within a calendar year will not be accepted.
• Organization’s focus is aligned with Modern Round Core Values
  Event reaches large local or national audience and serves the greater good.
• Organizations must be a non-profit 501 (c) (3) entity and provide documentation with application.
• Organizations must provide a detailed event letter with submission.
• Donations are for charitable purposes only; we cannot provide sales incentives, corporate gifts or donations to for-profit entities.
• Submitting a request does not guarantee fulfillment.

Due to the volume of requests, we are unable to accept follow-up calls regarding the status of your request. If we can accommodate your request, you will be contacted via email with confirmation and further instructions.
